Backstage is a proprietary online marketing management tool, that Tukaiz customized for Redbox, which supports their production process, giving them a centralized system for managing and ordering customized and/or pre‑approved marketing materials. Online ordering of POPOS materials

Backstage allows Redbox to order any inventory in stock or print-on-demand marketing collateral, as well as machine parts. The integration factor allows for complex kit pack-outs and efficient co-branding with various stores, such as Walgreens and CVS.

Kiosk Profile Building

Backstage includes a ‘Query-able Database of Kiosk Parameters’ tool for capturing various kiosk profile information (including location, previous orders etc.) that can be exported and synchronized for offline needs with the Redbox Central Database. This allows for increasingly accurate kit pack-outs with less waste, creating highly targeted marketing efforts with information readily available 24/7 online.

Plan-o-gram Designer: Lightbox Display Layout

Backstage also features an online tool for visually creating installation instructions for the kiosk materials. This allows Redbox the ability to quickly support the plan-o-grams, with online visuals. This acts as a visual supplement to the printed pieces they currently receive, so they know and see what they are ordering, when they are making the order.
