Job Description:

This position is responsible for the performance management of daily pack out employees and temporary help

Responsibilities:

• Reads and understands work orders, notes and instructions.  
• Issues instructions, manage workflow, and oversees daily pack out team.
• Communicates effectively through verbal and written mediums within/across company teams. 
• Assists in ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained across packing operations to achieve the most efficient production and meet shipping deadlines.
• Ensures necessary supplies are in place to begin the pack-out process by coordinating with Inventory staff.
• Sets and monitors performance goals within the department to ensure client deadlines are achieved.
• Continually attempts to identify and introduce process improvements within all areas of the daily pack-out department.
• Monitors and maintains a safe and sanitary work area following prescribed safety regulations. 
• Assists in training new or newly assigned team members in the proper standard operating procedures. 
• Able to stand for long periods of time 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior warehouse and/or supervisory experience required
• Able to operate a forklift, bilingual/Spanish a plus

Job Description:

The Information Technology Specialist assists in the support of the organization’s Network Operations 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains JAMF Pro MDM environment for Apple hardware deployment. 
• Level 2 IT Support technician for local and remote users. 
• Provides all Apple related repairs and updates to hardware throughout the organization.
• Provides desktop support for both Apple and Microsoft. Apple ecosystems experience a must. 
• Manages employee security badges, creating employee profiles, producing badges, and maintaining user lists.
• Provides network support. 
• Assists with email systems and user account management including Microsoft O365 and Adobe Creative Cloud. 
• Provides electronic component repair and replacement. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior warehouse and/or supervisory experience required
• Able to operate a forklift, bilingual/Spanish a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent on-the-job experience. 
• 10+ years of experience in a computer science environment.
• Proficient in JAMF Administration 
• 3 years’ experience maintaining all aspects of comparably sized LAN

Job Description:

This entry level position will have you working with a dynamic team that manages print and marketing material produced through our various printing platforms. You will have the opportunity to develop skills and technical knowledge in the printing industry.  

The right candidate should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team and take accurate direction while assisting other Customer Service Representatives.  You must have a desire to learn and be able to build off of the skills of the more experienced Customer Service Representatives. Experience dealing with customers or clients is a plus. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must possess analytical skills and exhibit a natural talent for math 
• Prior experience using Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Ability to take direction and input from team 
• Assist in creating job tickets against estimates and project specifications.
• Be detailed oriented and able to spot mistakes before they happen 
• Demonstrated good organization and time management skills. 
• Review and maintain schedules necessary for all parts of the manufacturing process. 
• Demonstrates competency in communicating with internal departments. 
• Monitors and tracks project activity to ensure timely completion and delivery of the product.
• Maintain documentation workflow through completion of a project.
